The Dean of the Faculty's office provides a month-by-month guide to the academic year, long-term planning information and other resources for department chairs and center directors.

Department chairs and center directors take on a host of challenging administrative duties. To assist them, the Office of the Dean of the Faculty has assembled a month-by-month guide to important deadlines and actions, a guide to long-term academic planning and a collection of other relevant online resources.

Most of these resources apply to chairs and directors across the University, excluding the Warren Alpert Medical School.

Chair and Director Resources from Institutional Research
