To make a term preselect hire, fill out a Faculty Action Form in Workday and upload the candidate's CV, along with any available letters of recommendation, teaching evaluations, or other material the department may have used to select the candidate. Our office will then produce an offer letter and send it to you, for delivery to the candidate.
Please note that RI law prohibits asking a candidate for their current salary before making an initial offer.
